From a background in technology and careers education in secondary schools, I have always valued links with industry and local community to enhance learning for students. Not only does a link with the 'real' world bring purpose to learning, but young people also gain an awareness of the opportunities available to them beyond school.
Now, as a facilitator, I can assist teachers to access the wealth of knowledge and skills available within industry.
